We are looking for:
Position: Acquisition Specialist
Type: 1-3 month paid internship full-time
Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our Investment team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and securing lucrative real estate investment opportunities through the use of our CRM tools and proven acquisition methods.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize CRM Tools:
- Effectively leverage CRM tools to manage and organize property data, leads, and communications.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information for streamlined decision-making.
Basic to Comprehensive Underwriting:
- Analyze potential opportunities
- Extract usful property data
Property Identification:
- Implement proven methods to identify and evaluate potential investment properties.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about emerging opportunities.
Due Diligence:
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on identified properties, considering factors such as condition, location, and market value.
- Present findings and recommendations to the acquisition team for informed decision-making.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other team members, including analysts and technology specialists, to optimize acquisition processes.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss strategy and share insights.
Qualifications:
- minimal experience in real estate acquisition or a related field- proven experience highly recommended.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in data management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct in-depth property evaluations.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and dynamics.

- Availability Monday to Friday. Weekends as needed. Flexable hours
